A yacht trip for 100 guests, godfather themed gala dinner, Charleston dancers and music until the early hours, as well as a medieval dining experience. This incentive trip, for one of our regular clients, needed to be even better than the last, which required us to pull out all the stops to achieve a luxurious, but traditional, Sicilian experience for their sales team.

Guests landed at the impressive hotel by boat, checking in on the beach with a refreshing drink, while their belongings were taken to their room.

With the group in great spirits, all 98 attendees were excited to attend a unique lifestyle experience where they got to explore the picturesque Sicilian waters on 8 luxury yachts. Everyone had a fantastic time and did not hesitate to dive into the crystal-clear waters.

The perfect recipe for an incentive trip

Two stand out dinners were highlights of the trip. A Sicilian, candlelit medieval banquet provided an outstanding authentic experience, where guests could enjoy a gourmet feast cooked by the best caterers on the Island, whilst being entertained by street artists and musicians. Troublesome weather created a minor challenge for the team with the heavens opening just as our guests were due to arrive, however, as if by magic, our dedicated team rearranged the setup with what seemed like a simple snap of the fingers!

For the final night, the client’s request for an Italian mafia inspired gala dinner culminated with the surprising arrival of “The Godfather” arriving in a vintage car to conduct proceedings. After having drinks around a luxurious pool, diners could then enjoy an exquisite four-course meal, followed by entertainment in the form of Charleston dancers and live music which continued to the early hours.
