The event needed to impress all 180 of our client’s best customers from around the world, in Italy’s capital city of Rome. It needed to be exclusive, luxurious and never done before – only the best would do.

A uniquely delivered, divine experience

All 180 of the guests received an exclusive visit to the Vatican’s Museum and Sistine Chapel, followed by a Garden party atop the Cavalieri Hilton where Welcome Italy transformed the terrace into an authentic garden.

The following night we organized an exclusive dinner in, what is the most beautiful venue in the whole of Italy, the Galleria Colonna. For the first time a police escort was used in Rome enabling guests to cross Rome in less than 11 minutes when typically, 35 minutes is required due to traffic at rush hour.

Seamless delivery from start to finish

Welcome Italy coordinated the whole event from concept to delivery. We proposed the venue, transport, caterers, valets, hostesses and equipment – from chairs to candles, drinks to dinner, everything was exquisite. High-end entertainment and artists also helped to create a night to remember, whilst abiding to the guidelines of the precious venue.

Perfect planning and execution ensured that this high-profile event ran without a hitch, resulting in total satisfaction of our client and memories that will last forever for their fortunate guests.
